Our sushi menu was created by

Chef Yoshie Eddings (above left) of Harbor Docks in Destin, Florida.  Her family owns several successful restaurants throughout Tokyo, Japan, where she was trained by her father and other master chefs from a very young age.  All of our sushi chefs have been trained by her.
