Thank you for selecting Chuck’s Fish for your private banquet needs. Enclosed is information regarding procedures and guidelines for functions at Chuck’s Fish.

All arrangements for food and beverages are made through the restaurant’s management. Outside caterers will not be allowed use of the restaurant. The only exception is a birthday or wedding cake. Banquet menus, room arrangements, and other details pertaining to your function must be finalized and submitted at least two weeks prior to the function date.

Guarantees - All parties must guarantee the number of guests at least 72 hours before the function. For all groups of 100 or more, a guaranteed number within 80% of the final count is required one week prior to the event. The restaurant will accept no responsibility for serving more than 10% extra, but will make every effort to accommodate. The charge will be based on the guarantee or by the actual attendance, whichever is larger.

Prices - Your private function will be assessed a 20% gratuity to food and alcohol beverages plus a 9% sales tax for food, gratuity, and miscellaneous add-on charges. If sushi is ordered for a time period when the sushi bar is not normally open there will be a $50.00 surcharge to cover additional labor, for any sushi order under $200.00. The only exception will be if there is an accompanying food order of $800.00 or more, then there will be no charge.

Deposits - A deposit is required to secure a date. Functions with fewer than 99 people will require a $200.00 deposit plus a 9% sales tax totaling $218.00. Functions of 100 people or more will require a $500.00 deposit plus a 9% sales tax totaling $545.00. A credit card is required at the time of the agreement. We do not accept checks. Your security deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled.

Other Facts - A private room is available for 25 people or more and a minimum of $40.00 per person (dinner). A buffet menu would also need to be pre-arranged. To better serve you, parties of 25 people or more are required to have lunch or dinner served buffet style. Cocktail parties are also available. A cocktail party has a minimum of $20.00 per person and $1000.00 for room charge. This would include light hors d’oeuvres.
Parties up to 24 people may have a sit down lunch or dinner with a choice of 3 items plus child’s menu and appetizers, from our lunch or dinner menu.

Cocktail Parties - Cocktail parties are also available at Chuck’s Fish. A cocktail party has a minimum of $20.00 per person and $1000.00 for room charge. This would include light hors d’oeuvres.

With regards to private functions, Chuck’s Fish closes at 11:00 PM. Unless approved arrangements are made prior to the event, any group who chooses to stay later will be charged an additional $100.00 per hour. If entertainment must break down, they must be out by 11:45 PM or the same charge of $100.00 per hour applies.
Chuck’s Fish charges a $10.00 per bottle corkage fee when a party chooses to supply its own wine and champagne.
Decorations - You may bring decorations and arrange tables, chairs, etc., but please let us know in advance. We are not responsible for items left behind.
Receptions and Cocktail Parties - The upstairs private dinning room can accommodate 100 people seated or 200 people for a cocktail party.
**Bear in mind that these accommodations may change according to the specifics of an events layout plan.
